Paul Krugman awarded Nobel Prize in Economics 2008

Congratulations to Paul Krugman on being awarded the Noble Prize in economics in 2008! Krugman's work on international trade was cited as a reason for his selection. Here is a link to a short clip of Krugman at Princeton after receiving word of his selection.

If you are interested in reading Krugman's own words, please check out the following Paul Krugman column archive. For more commentary see: here, here, here, here, and here.

P.S. Actually Paul Krugman did not "win" the Nobel prize in economics, but was rather awarded the Nobel prize, much like employees do not win "employee of the month", but rather are awarded this by management. Please do not think that I am saying the Nobel Prize is equal or similar to an employee of the month award.
