Kidney's Discarded

The New York Times reported that over 2500 kidney were discarded while over 4500 people died while on the kidney donation list from kidney failure.  The main reason:  an inefficient allocation system.

Here's an idea:  allow a kidney organ donation market to exist and both of these problems will be lowered as markets are much more efficient than a bureaucracy allocating method.
